My journey began in 2023, when I refurbished my own property and transformed it into a holiday home.
After quickly realising how much we were paying in Airbnb and Booking.com fees, I began exploring ways to generate more direct bookings and build our own independent brand.
Over the next two years, we grew Habberjam Farm's social media presence to over 1,000 followers, reaching around 30,000 people monthly and increasing direct bookings to approximately 30% of our total bookings.
This success led me to establish Field Heritage, helping other property owners grow their revenue, strengthen their brand and enjoy fully managed accommodation.
But I soon realised that not every owner wants a management company.
Many simply want a professional brand and website while continuing to manage their property independently.
That's why I founded Brand Your Stay.
